When Checking In: Guest reception is the first building on the left. At check in you will receive a key to operate security gate. -Hotel Guests and Exchange Reservation: A photo identification, credit card for $100 security deposit and a daily $15.00 plus tax resort fee* will be required (cash is not an acceptable form of deposit).
*Resort Fee includes WiFi,recreational facilities (pools, spa, children's Splash Pad and garden playground), 24 hour Fitness Center, steam room, DVD rentals, seasonal activities, garden chess, garden gas grills, fire pit, 24 hour lobby coffee/tea, 24 hour business center computer/internet and boarding pass printing.
- Owner Weeks and Member Points Booking: Photo identification and a form of payment will need to be provided at check-in. Resort fees* will be waived when staying on your owner week or member point reservations.
*A daily resort fee of $15.00 plus tax will be added to all Club and Owner Rental Reservations.
Manager's Cancellation Policy
50% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival date.
100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.

A PayPal website fee is required from the tenant before the property owner is given the tenants direct contact information. This same website fee is then charged back to the property owner and deducted from any rental quote emailed to the tenant by the property owner. After the website fee is paid by the tenant, the property owner will then email and/or call the tenant to finalize the rental booking.
