OUR VACATION RENTALS - conducts thorough research and training on all owners and property managers to provide the highest standards of vacation rentals. All guests must be aware that our Vacation Rentals are NOT a property management company and holds no liability for this action including, but not limited to: maintenance of properties, check/in and check/out services, cleaning services, and any other actions that are the responsibility of the owner or property manager.
CHECK-IN AND OUT - Check-in time is after 3:00 PM. Check-out time is 10:00 AM. A charge of half one night’s stay will be applied for departures after 10:00 AM. Check-in and out times must be confirmed by us in advance.
PROPERTY KEYS – One key will be provided in the unit lock box and a second set upon property walk-thru.
NO PETS ALLOWED UNLESS APPROVED BY US PRIOR TO ARRIVAL
AGE REQUIREMENTS - Our Vacation Rentals and affiliates require a minimum age of 25 year of age for reservations. Our Vacation Rentals and affiliates reserve the right to refuse to rent a unit to any guest less than twenty five (25) years of age at all lodging properties. Individuals less than 25 years of age unaccompanied by their parents or legal guardians will not be allowed to check into a property unless written permission from our Vacation Rentals in given. In the event that written permission is not given and individuals under the age of 15 unaccompanied by a parent or legal guardian occupy the property, it shall be cause for immediate eviction of such occupancy without further notice and no refund of any fees will be made to such guest(s).
NO SMOKING INSIDE THE PROPERTY – Guests will incur a minimum charge of $500 for proper cleaning if smoke is detected after departure.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY - No additional guests beyond the maximum occupancy. No parties or large gatherings beyond the maximum occupancy. No exceptions. Contract will be cancelled if violated.
HOUSEKEEPING – The unit will be set-up with bathroom amenities, paper towels, toilet paper and basic cleaning supplies. Guests are responsible for other household and personal supplies. Occupancy does NOT include maid service. Maid service is available for a separate charge if requested.
PAYMENT STRUCTURE - A 25% charge is due at booking and the remaining balance due Thirty (30) Days prior to arrival. All properties have a security deposit of $300-$1000 that will be returned within 7 days after departure, as long as no damages incurred. Some properties may have a larger security deposit and will state the exact amount in each reservation placed.
CANCELLATIONS – Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to arrival date will be charged a 25% cancellation fee of total bill minus cleaning fee and security deposit fee. Cancellations made 30 days or fewer prior to arrival will forfeit all monies paid minus security deposit and cleaning fee. At the discretion of Latitude 8, changes to reservation dates made (30) days or less prior to arrival will result in a rescheduling fee of Two Hundred Fifty ($250.00). We are not responsible for inclement weather or other forces of nature. Refunds due to inclement weather will not be refunded except in the event of mandatory evacuation. For occupations during Holiday and Special Seasons all monies are non-refundable upon payment.
LIABILITY & INTENT - NEITHER WE NOR THE OWNER OF THE PROPERTY SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ACCIDENTS OR INJURIES TO GUESTS BEFORE, DURING, OR AFTER OCCUPANCY. Latitude 8 and its owners are NOT RESPONSIBLE for theft, lost or stolen items, or items left after occupancy. Tenants agree to pay for any damage caused.
SUBSTITUTION - Guest acknowledges and understands that should the property become unavailable for Guest’s occupancy due to the sale of the property, maintenance or repair, or other similar circumstances, company may substitute property with best available comparable accommodations or elect to refund the guest without penalty. Latitude 8 and its Agents may enter premises for the purpose of inspecting damages, maintenance calls, and/or any emergency situation.
HAZARDOUS MATERIALS - The Guest may not keep hazardous, poisonous, corrosive or flammable substances that could endanger the Property or neighboring properties in any way. In the event of fire the Guest shall cover the damage and loss caused thereby to the Property Owner. The Guest undertakes that he will not allow illegal or immoral acts to take place at the Property, and that will not use it in a way that would constitute damage to neighbors or which could imply a bad reputation to the Owner.

We were happy to return here for our third year in a row. The condo is completely furnished with everything you could possibly need. Beds are very comfortable, kitchen is well-stocked if you like to cook, and floor plan is very efficient for a two bedroom condo. This year we discovered the pickleball courts right in the Starfire complex. Our best year ever in Scottsdale. We can't wait to come back in October!

We love this place so much that this is our third year in a row for our annual 6 month stay in Scottsdale. Management team of Myles & Wes are super responsive and Rick the owner checks in regularly to make sure that everything is okay. The condo comes completely furnished and has been totally remodeled to give it a light and airy feel. You can't beat the location--close to the 101, walking distance to three grocery stores, multiple restaurants and other stores. It's also very close to the greenbelt walking/biking path that goes on for miles! We'll be back next year, guaranteed!!!

Scottsdale was great; the condo was also wonderful and spacious, and nicely equipped, but some kitchen items are getting worn and in need of replacement. The only complaint we had was that the house was dusty — it was cleaned a month before we arrived so towels, tables, etc were dusty along a few other things not well cleaned so the property manager was nice and accommodating by sending housekeeper over to touch up. It would have been nice to have a clean patio and patio table also. There was no hose for us to do it ourselves. Our stay was a long one since my mom was there for cancer treatment. Overall it was a great condo!

One month later, we are still so HAPPY with this place! The landlord and management team catered to our every need and there weren’t many. We love the layout with split bedroom floor plan and the open living area. It backs up to Mountainview but that was never an issue noise wise. I cooked and entertained as usual in the fully equipped kitchen. Outside on the patio, there’s even an electric grill. In other words, they’ve thought of everything! We’ll be back next season for six months. In addition, the condo is walking distance to two grocery stores, one major shopping center, numerous restaurants and the library. What’s not to like? Nothing!
