Villa Scottsdale is a tastefully furnished 1st floor condo with no stairs! This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo comes fully equipped with everything you need for your getaway. Corner unit located near the clubhouse and main pool, with assigned covered parking in gated area. Open floor plan, with split bedrooms for privacy. Each bedroom has a walk-in closet and its own attached bathroom with over sized tub. One bedroom offers a King bed, and the other a Queen bed. The fully stocked kitchen features a gas range, granite counters and all the small appliances and cookware you will need; and then some! Laundry room with full sized washer and dryer is located just off the kitchen. Sleeper sofa in the living room will sleep an additional 2 guests if needed. The gated community features a beautifully remodeled clubhouse and 2 heated pools and spas; as well a full gym! Located just south of the 101, with a large variety of shopping, dining, grocery, golf, movies, etc. nearby.
Just a few other amenities included are: a TV in the living room, as well as EACH bedroom, DVD player, Cable TV, WIFI, iron and board, as well as all linens and towels. Everything you need for a relaxing vacation or place to rest your head.

OUR VACATION RENTALS - conducts thorough research and training on all owners and property managers to provide the highest standards of vacation rentals. All guests must be aware that our Vacation Rentals are NOT a property management company and holds no liability for this action including, but not limited to: maintenance of properties, check/in and check/out services, cleaning services, and any other actions that are the responsibility of the owner or property manager.
CHECK-IN AND OUT - Check-in time is after 3:00 PM. Check-out time is 10:00 AM. A charge of half one night’s stay will be applied for departures after 10:00 AM. Check-in and out times must be confirmed by us in advance.
PROPERTY KEYS – One key will be provided in the unit lock box and a second set upon property walk-thru.
NO PETS ALLOWED UNLESS APPROVED BY US PRIOR TO ARRIVAL
AGE REQUIREMENTS - Our Vacation Rentals and affiliates require a minimum age of 25 year of age for reservations. Our Vacation Rentals and affiliates reserve the right to refuse to rent a unit to any guest less than twenty five (25) years of age at all lodging properties. Individuals less than 25 years of age unaccompanied by their parents or legal guardians will not be allowed to check into a property unless written permission from our Vacation Rentals in given. In the event that written permission is not given and individuals under the age of 15 unaccompanied by a parent or legal guardian occupy the property, it shall be cause for immediate eviction of such occupancy without further notice and no refund of any fees will be made to such guest(s).
NO SMOKING INSIDE THE PROPERTY – Guests will incur a minimum charge of $500 for proper cleaning if smoke is detected after departure.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY - No additional guests beyond the maximum occupancy. No parties or large gatherings beyond the maximum occupancy. No exceptions. Contract will be cancelled if violated.
HOUSEKEEPING – The unit will be set-up with bathroom amenities, paper towels, toilet paper and basic cleaning supplies. Guests are responsible for other household and personal supplies. Occupancy does NOT include maid service. Maid service is available for a separate charge if requested.
PAYMENT STRUCTURE - A 25% charge is due at booking and the remaining balance due Thirty (30) Days prior to arrival. All properties have a security deposit of $300-$1000 that will be returned within 7 days after departure, as long as no damages incurred. Some properties may have a larger security deposit and will state the exact amount in each reservation placed.
CANCELLATIONS – Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to arrival date will be charged a 25% cancellation fee of total bill minus cleaning fee and security deposit fee. Cancellations made 30 days or fewer prior to arrival will forfeit all monies paid minus security deposit and cleaning fee. At the discretion of Latitude 8, changes to reservation dates made (30) days or less prior to arrival will result in a rescheduling fee of Two Hundred Fifty ($250.00). We are not responsible for inclement weather or other forces of nature. Refunds due to inclement weather will not be refunded except in the event of mandatory evacuation. For occupations during Holiday and Special Seasons all monies are non-refundable upon payment.
LIABILITY & INTENT - NEITHER WE NOR THE OWNER OF THE PROPERTY SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ACCIDENTS OR INJURIES TO GUESTS BEFORE, DURING, OR AFTER OCCUPANCY. Latitude 8 and its owners are NOT RESPONSIBLE for theft, lost or stolen items, or items left after occupancy. Tenants agree to pay for any damage caused.
SUBSTITUTION - Guest acknowledges and understands that should the property become unavailable for Guest’s occupancy due to the sale of the property, maintenance or repair, or other similar circumstances, company may substitute property with best available comparable accommodations or elect to refund the guest without penalty. Latitude 8 and its Agents may enter premises for the purpose of inspecting damages, maintenance calls, and/or any emergency situation.
HAZARDOUS MATERIALS - The Guest may not keep hazardous, poisonous, corrosive or flammable substances that could endanger the Property or neighboring properties in any way. In the event of fire the Guest shall cover the damage and loss caused thereby to the Property Owner. The Guest undertakes that he will not allow illegal or immoral acts to take place at the Property, and that will not use it in a way that would constitute damage to neighbors or which could imply a bad reputation to the Owner.

This exceeded any and all expectations for myself and my roommate! We were so happy that we booked this stay, it was a great deal. We had access to so many amazing amenities. I expected to spend a fortune on a gym membership and furnishings for a place this summer, but I got full gym access and a fully furnished suite included here! Not to mention parking, the pool, a private bathroom, and my own TV. Wes was so so great, thanks!

The property manager was adequately helpful.
The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.
I was very happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

We found the unit to be dirty when we arrived. Had to request an additional cleaning which helped a little. Carpets need to be cleaned thoroughly or replaced. Furniture is broken down and needs to be replaced. We replaced a shower curtain because it was so filthy. Bathroom towels were mostly old and stained. The closet in the second bedroom had an exposed and ugly hot water heater and, believe it or not, road signs. The kitchen sink was filthy and severely chipped. Needs to be replaced. One of the fobs that opens the gate to the parking area did not work and the owner would not replace it. Made it very difficult to park when you cannot access the parking area. Had to wait for others to open the gate. I would not recommend this unit. The value for the money was not there.

A PayPal website fee is required from the tenant before the property owner is given the tenants direct contact information. This same website fee is then charged back to the property owner and deducted from any rental quote emailed to the tenant by the property owner. After the website fee is paid by the tenant, the property owner will then email and/or call the tenant to finalize the rental booking.
