Come and enjoy your stay in a mountainside getaway and experience Arizona’s natural Beauty. Nestled between North Mountain and Lookout Mountain, the casita offers a 180-degree valley view with golf courses, hiking trails and Phoenix metro’s shopping districts nearby! The house is stocked with everything you need for a hassle-free stay including a desk workspace, a stocked kitchen, and more. Find yourself deep in thought enjoying the panoramic views in the backyard or the viewing deck.
The space
Welcome to our Cozy Casita fully furnished 2 bedroom and a full bathroom.
*The master bedroom offers a king bed with cozy comforter, king pillows, a night reading light on each side of the bed, a portable heater, inverter mini split unit, iron with iron board, luggage table, hair blower, a desk you can use as a workstation or as your convenience.
*The guest bedroom has a comfy twin bed, a blanket, portable heater and a luggage table.
*The full bathroom offers fresh towels, makeup towels, paper towel, heather, and a dehumidifier.
*The kitchen is fully equipped with basic essentials and utensils to cook a decent meal. You’ll find a double door fridge with water filtration system and ice maker, an electric cook range with double ovens, countertop microwave, rice cooker, Keurig coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, waffle maker, griddle, blender, pot, pans, baking sheets, casserole, utensils, dinnerware, silverware, coffee mugs, wine glasses, water bottles, salt, pepper, oil, coffee pods, cream, sugar and tea.
*Dinning table with 4 chairs.
*You’re welcome to use the washer & dryer for free. We’ll have available detergent and softener sheets. Please don’t use any other type of products on the machines since we are trying to extend their lifespan and functionality.
* The Living room comes with a comfy sofa bed, coffee table, board games, a smart 70" TV (includes Netflix) there might be other pay or free streaming services such as Tubi, Crackler, Asian Crush. Also, has an inverter mini split unit and an electric chimney
***IMPORTANT*** do not get too close or leave any close objects when is turn on
*The Front deck and backyard are designed with comfy outdoor furniture for you to sit, relax and enjoy the views. Also, you’ll have access to an electric heater, a wood fire pit and a gas fire pit area which you can use as your convenience. Please be CAUTIOUS to turn off the fire or close the gas line when you no longer use the fire pit.
***please note the backyard is an open space without a fence***

The space is 100% private. We live onsite, in a separate studio on the first level with our friendly dog Chloe that you’ll might see when we take her for a stroll. We will be extremely responsive to your needs should you have a request.

On rainy days; my husband or myself will have to go upstairs when the rain stops to sweep away the water left on the balcony. We’ll notify you in advance, it’ll only take a couple of minutes. Thanks for your understanding.

maria's place was the cleanest bnb we have ever stayed in. The place was great for us and quiet. we didn't hear anyone below us the whole time and everything was nice, the bed was comfortable and the patio in front to see the sun coming up and the back patio to sit and relax after cooking breakfast. I thought from the pictures that the backyard was bigger but overall we had a great stay. A dishwasher in the kitchen would be nice but the kitchen was stocked and we cooked breakfast a few mornings. maria did get us a coffee pot for our use. The neighborhood is a lot of trailers but it was quiet and close to parks and trails

Maria thought of everything! So many details and added amenities to make you feel right at home. The views were gorgeous in the day and night. Quiet area and easy to find.
Beautiful live plants all around. The landscaping, patio, deck and chimes all add to a peaceful ambiance. We would stay here again and highly recommend Maria’s place!

The place was amazing! Maria was so kind and bought our children a little gift to play with at the home. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do in the area. The sunrises and sunsets were beautiful. The backyard was a great space for the kids to run. You can tell they put a lot of work into making the space beautiful and cozy. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Phoenix.

Maria’s place was beautiful and very clean. The views from the backyard were amazing, and at night it was nice being able to sit and enjoy the cool air with a small fire. Maria was so thoughtful and welcomed us with a small gift for our daughter which she absolutely loved. It made her feel so at home. Would absolutely consider staying here again when in Phoenix.

I don’t even know where to start. This place is a true GEM. I can’t wait to come back. The views are simply breathtaking. The space itself is perfection, beautifully decorated. Maria thought of every single detail. You have everything you need for a comfortable stay. This is a true oasis. So peaceful and quiet, you can hear a pin drop at times. True sounds of nature/birds chirping. The entire process from beginning to end was seamless. There were very clear instructions, including pictures of exactly where to park. We decided to go to Trader Joe’s and Target to have groceries and cook breakfast and dinners, and these stores were only about 10-12 min away. I can’t express enough how much this place is truly one of a kind. And how much Maria was an extraordinary host. She was incredibly responsive and checked in from time to time to ensure we were enjoying our stay. Cannot rave enough about this place. If you’re thinking about staying here, please do yourself a favor and do it.

Maria’s home was beautiful decorated and spacious. This home had a lot of thoughtful and welcoming amenities. The outdoor space was clean and comfortable with amazing views in every direction. Perfectly described as an oasis. The beds were really comfortable and the neighborhood was nice and quiet perfect for a relaxing few days away. Maria was super quick to respond and address any concerns and was definitely really friendly. Definitely would recommend this home to anyone looking for a quick peaceful getaway!

I’ve stayed at many places, but this place wins hands down. We will be back and forth to Phoenix a few times, and as long as this place is available, we will be staying. Needed a last minute place to stay for a week long golf ⛳️ tournament. I was able to book same day, great communication with the host, and extremely easy to check in. Place is beautiful, spotless, great / new furniture, amazing views, extremely quiet and serene surroundings. I highly recommend.
