The space
Our spacious 5 bedroom home has a fabulous layout and provides comfortable and stylish space for everyone in your family!
Master: King bedded room with full bathroom with jetted tub and private patio with seating and firepit PLUS amazing desert views.
3 additional King bedded rooms and 1 Queen bedded room.
Bathrooms: Master suite bathroom, 2 additional full bathrooms upstairs (one is jack & Jill style between two of the rooms) and 1 downstairs powder room.
Private backyard for your personal relaxation and vacation fun with a heated pool with water feature plus Hot Tub.
Great outdoor living with plenty of comfy seating with a fireplace and outdoor television.
Two downstairs living rooms comfortable seating for all PLUS an upstairs den/family room with games and a spacious sectional.
PARKING: All guests will have access to our spacious driveway for parking. There is no access to the garage during your stay.
POOL & HOT TUB: Our pool has the option of being heated for an additional daily rate of $50. We highly recommend adding the optional pool heat for stays from October 1 - May 15 due to the cooler desert night temperatures. The Hot tub is heated at no additional charge to our guests. Hot tub has a capacity of 6 people max at any given time.
Our home is located in a lovely walking area:
- Adjacent to a small lake style water feature which is home to several ducks, geese, and other wildlife.

- Home backs up to a greenbelt

This home was absolutely gorgeous! We lacked absolutely nothing while here. The appliances, the dishes, the linen, the towels, floors, the decor, the TVs, furniture, etc. where all top tier! This home has no short cuts when it comes to presentation! This was a home away from home. We plan to return every AZ trip. My teenager & his teammates had plenty of privacy / every sitting area had such great space! Charity was a great host.

We met our kids and grandkids for a graduation. Everyone loved the pool, the floaties, playing bags, the outdoor grilll and seating area. Inside, the kitchen was spacious and clean and had everything we needed. The living room had a very large TV, and we were surprised to find a 'bonus room' upstairs with Ms Pac-man, board games, and another large TV.
We had no trouble getting groceries a couple blocks away, and there were a varity of restaurants within a short drive. We used the nice walking path near the property before the heat of the day.

We were absolutely blown away by this home! It was perfect for our family’s needs. This home is immaculately clean and very homey. We enjoyed the pool several times each day we were there. The pool toys were a fun addition. We loved the large gathering spaces both indoors and outdoors. The beds and sheets were especially comfortable. The host generously provided shampoo, conditioner, and soap in each shower. We would 100% recommend this AirBnB and hope to return soon!

Charity's place was great. Our family thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. It was very comfortable and homey. They had all of the particulars anyone would want/need-to include spices, coffee, laundry soap, all of the little things that you normally would have to supply yourself. The beds/pillows were super comfy. The linens/towels were good quality. There were great pool toys. The outdoor living was fantastic. We were able to watch any shows on tv's-good for the kids to mellow out with.
There was no scrimping at this property. It was a great time for grandparents down to a two year old grandchild. I did feel that the fees are over the top-the pricing for the house rental was fair-but the fees kill you. I am aware that that is industry wide. We had a wonderful vacation-so it was worth it.

We stayed a week in Glendale at this property. What a beautiful property, from the convenient layout of the home to the lovely backyard, chock full of amenities. A hot tub, pool, fireplace and television area, cornhole and multiple outdoor seating configurations await you. The kitchen is well appointed with cooking essentials, we were pleasantly surprised to even discover an air fryer. The holiday decorations were sweet! Charity was helpful and responsive with questions and the welcome snacks & extra pool towels were nice host touches.

This Is a very beautiful property. Everything about it is top notch, from the bedding, towels, and other furnishings in the home.There are so many different activities and things to do and plenty of room to spread out for large families. We cooked most of our meals as a family and everything in the kitchen was of quality. Such a beautiful kitchen. There are so many little extra Niceties that you notice throughout your stay. Certainly a little piece of paradise.

We had such a great stay at this beautiful house, it really felt like home. It was very clean, well organized, had everything available, very convenient location, and we had great communication with our host, Charity.
Both Fry's and Safeway are a few minutes away. Shopping and great restaurants are very close as well.
The pool was fantastic, a perfect size and very well maintained. We loved the backyard design and amenities and really enjoyed the beautiful mornings with the sun in the back early in the day and again with the shaded evenings.
The house was beautifully decorated and furnished, beautiful floors, nice furniture, very nice beddings and linens and nice lighting. There's even a large family room with large tv and lots of games on the second floor--our 5 yo enjoyed this area very much.
We would be very lucky to stay here again and our thanks again to Charity for our wonderful stay.
