Arrowhead Lakes is a unique, lakefront community surrounded by desert mountains, hiking trails, great restaurants and many nearby golf courses. We are 15-20 minutes from the State Farm Stadium where the Arizona Cardinals play, and where Super Bowl 2023 will be held. It is also 20-25 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport and is 20 minutes from North Scottsdale and just 25 minutes to Scottsdale Fashion Square and Old Town Scottsdale.

This community is a quiet, residential neighborhood and given the lakefront nature and that sound carries across the water, there are strict quiet hours from 9PM - 7AM. We prioritize making sure that we are good neighbors and utilize noise monitoring devices to ensure that the noise levels are within normal ranges.

I understand this review may be a lot to read, but it’s really important when you’re choosing a management property to rent from. First I want to stay I would definitely recommend any property offered by this host. My biggest thing was CLEAN it’s got to be clean and enough restrooms for getting ready with a family. This was a girls trip in the middle of a heat wave🥵. Our first Airbnb we were refunded the night before we were arriving due to the A/C was out. We noticed the air didn’t seem to be working. We contacted property management and within 3min. I was contacted back and somebody was there within the hour while we were at the concert I was notified that the A/C would need to be replaced. We were offered to solution. Others had told us they had been in their Airbnb for days without A/C and no solution was given. This is why I will definitely look for anything through this property management. Everything was definitely clean great communication and Solutions!! 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

House was beautiful. Couldn't have asked for a better location. Took a minute to figure out the bedroom lights since they're controlled by a remote 🙈 A little too fancy for us I guess lol But otherwise everything was fantastic. When we arrived they had a welcoming beverage and some snacks for us. The house was mostly clean, some dishes were still a little dirty but nothing super bad. Hosts were super responsive and fast right away but at one point I asked a question and didn't hear back for 3+ days so if it's urgent beware. My question ended up being answered and they apologized but don't be surprised if you don't get a fast response. Definitely recommend though.

Pool it's nice. we came from San Francisco, so we came basically to enjoy the heat and the pool and for that this house was perfect. Was a bummer pool light wasn't working, but we manage to enjoy the pool during the night anyway.
I'm redoing this review because now, 2 days after we came back from the vacation we all stopped at the ER. Everyone with ear infection. Swimmers Ear. Main reason for swimmers Ear? High level of bacteria in the water we swam.
House is nice, pool is nice, but definitely this need to be treated and addressed.
Bunk bed it's very noise and very close to the fan. I think it's very unsafe to have a Bunk bed wherever have a celling fan especially if it's a kids room.
Master bedroom it's awesome, bed it's extremely comfortable.
House have a lot space, have enough space for everyone, parking, enough sofas, chairs, kitchen is fully equipped.
Have cameras at the backyard and front door. They do not tell that in the listing. They are working because I also have a ring camera and I know when they activate.
Honestly the camera do not bother me, but should be listed..

I appreciate you taking the time to write your review and I'm glad that you enjoyed many of the beautiful aspects of the home. I am sorry to hear about the swimmer's ear on your return back to San Francisco. It is surprising to hear that the ER doctor diagnosed it specifically due to elevated levels of bacteria in the pool water, primarily because we are diligent across all of our properties with weekly pool service including chemical treatment and ensuring all pH levels are balanced correctly. As part of the weekly servicing, not only is the pool brushed, vacuumed and skimmed, but the water is checked to make sure all is completely normal, and chlorine added to kill any bacteria and algae. Our pools are serviced each week on Tuesdays, which was two days prior to your arrival.
I'm sorry that you and your family developed Swimmers Ear. I've had it myself and it is not very comfortable! Swimmer's Ear can also be caused by water that remains trapped in the ear canal for long periods of time, and not necessarily due to high levels of bacteria in the water itself. Our pool maintenance company has assured us with our diligent maintenance schedule, the pH levels are consistently in normal levels. We are sorry that this influenced your experience and affected your assessment about the cleanliness of our property.
We pride ourselves on maintaining 5-star levels of cleanliness and this includes our pools and hot tubs. We would encourage any other potential guests to review our consistent 5-star reviews especially as it relates to cleanliness and quality.
We thank you for the feedback on the bunk beds as well as pointing out that the cameras were not disclosed on the listing. We recently moved to a new property management system and this setting was inadvertently switched off. We've verified this has now been correctly updated.
