Upon entering the residence, you’ll notice the simple-yet-lustrous floor plan directing your eye to the outdoor oasis beckoning in the backyard. • Pool & Spa Heating - $100 per day *Need 48-hour advanced notice, must be paid prior to arrival, 2 night minimum
• Must be 25+ in order to book.
• NO PARTIES - all visitors must be listed on reservation and by name on rental contract. No unregistered guests may be on the premises without prior approval.
• Quiet hours after 9PM are strictly enforced to ensure that neighbors are able to enjoy their homes without disturbance.
• Full acceptance of the landlord's Rental Contract required within three days of booking acceptance.
