Quiet hours after 9PM are strictly enforced to ensure that neighbors are able to enjoy their homes without disturbance.
Full acceptance of the landlord's Rental Contract required within three days of booking acceptance.

Quiet location and centrally located. The pool is very private with no view to nearby neighbors. The kitchen is well stocked. I appreciated that the gym is air conditioned. Plenty of towels for bathing and pool use. Love our stay as a family of four! Would definitely visit again.

This experience was incredible. The pool was in great shape, basketball was fun, and there were plenty of putters and golf balls for golf. Theres also a 9-hole course just a couple blocks away. Kitchen was very well-appointed - everything you could need was provided. Hosts were also very responsive and communicated effectively and quickly. We had a great time!
