This beautifully-appointed, professionally decorated home is located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the Wigwam Resort, 7 miles from the Cardinals Stadium (State Farm Stadium), and plenty of other popular entertainment spots. But with indoor and outdoor dining and a spa-like pool and hot tub setting…You may never want to leave.

The space
This spacious 1 story home is nearly 2900 square feet with an open floorplan which boasts four bedrooms and three full baths with sleeping for 10 (up to 6 adults and 4 children). The master features a king-size bed, walk-in closet and ensuite bath. The second bedroom with a queen-size bed features the same. A third bedroom with a king-size bed and fourth with 2 twin bunkbeds for the kids and friends shares the third large bathroom. 3 bedrooms are equipped with 55" Roku TV's.
A fully equipped, gourmet kitchen opens into a family room for fun and gathering. If you prefer to dine alfresco, the patio offers outside cooking with large covered grilling area and plenty of seating around a beautifully landscaped pool and hot tub.
Private office space for those needing to work (with high speed WiFi) or a centrally-located game room complete with games, X-box and 65” Roku TV for those who prefer to play. Full laundry room, two car garage with large driveway for additional parking, plenty of storage, outdoor lounging, cornhole, full size table tennis…The list goes on. Looking for an escape to relax and unwind under endless desert skies? Look no further. You have arrived.

The home has garage parking for 2 cars, as well as driveway space for 2-3 vehicles. No street parking allowed.
Other things to note
Plenty of shade and seating out back! Shade: 4 umbrellas outside, along with a covered gazebo area. Seating: 2 chaise lounge chairs, 4 Adirondack chairs, 2 three-seater sofas and 2 single chairs along with tables for food and drinks.
Cornhole (all-weather) is available for those who want to play.
Full size table tennis is available to play.
The pool may be heated for an additional $100 for each night booked. You must let the host know you want this feature at least 24 hours prior to your arrival, and it must also be paid for prior to your arrival. It takes approximately 24 hours to heat the pool (36 hours or longer during the colder months).
There is 1 pack-n-play, 1 highchair, and 1 booster seat provided for those traveling with young ones.

Mandy’s place was outstanding. We booked it for our large family while other friends down the street stayed at the Wigwam. It worked out perfectly as the house is just down the street and also close to the restaurants on Old Litchfield.
The house is very spacious, with large bedrooms, walk-in closets, and updated bathrooms and kitchen. The beds and linens were all extremely comfortable.
The house also was well-stocked with pantry items and cooking items and utensils, and the bathrooms had soap, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers. Mandy even left packaged toothbrushes (although thankfully we remembered ours).
My kids loved the separate tv room which had an Xbox. But the best part is the backyard and pool. Mandy left easy-to-follow instructions and control for operating the pool and heating the spa, and there were noodles and other floats to use too.
I also appreciated Mandy’s responsiveness over the app and she proactively communicated about check-in and check-out.

Everything about our stay was perfect! The beds were very comfortable, the house was extremely clean, communication was top-notch, and everything was as described.
I am very particular about cleanliness, and this house was squeaky clean! The decor and furnishings are upscale and inviting. The pool was a hit with our children with plenty of floats, and the neighborhood is in a location that was perfect for evening walks.
More than anything though, Mandy’s communication and hospitality were above and beyond any expectation I could’ve ever imagined.
Our seven year old kept exclaiming, “this is the best vacation ever!!”
We will definitely be back and look forward to many more stays with Mandy. If you are on the fence about this house, reading all the reviews like I did…book it! You will not be disappointed!

This place was perfect for our last minute trip to visit family. It's in a great location and provided a great amount of space for my family and my brother's family while still being able to get privacy. Everything you could need was available in the kitchen to cook and grill, board games and coloring books for the kids. Some of us may have forgot a toothbrush or two and Mandy had some available! The backyard was great for grilling and enjoying time outside and the kids loved it. Mandy is very responsive and super sweet. We hope to stay on our next visit.

Favorite Airbnb thus far. Kids are already asking us to come back. Traveled with our family of 7. Was the perfect size for our family. Mandy’s attention to detail was noticed. Had everything we needed when traveling with a small child including floaties, pack n plays, high chairs, and silverware for kids. The pool and backyard space were amazing. We spent the majority of our time out there. Cleanest pool around. The beds were comfortable and the interior decor was beautiful. We will be back again.
