All Airlume properties have a NO CHORES guarantee: we only expect you to put full garbage bags in our dumpster (assuming you don't want bags of trash lying around your living space). However we will assess additional cleaning charges should there be excessive damage/repair/clean up.

Guest access
The entire property is yours to explore and use during your stay. We ask that guests do not touch the pool equipment or the vacuum which is very sensitive and is therefore monitored. Also no moving of any furniture is permitted.
Other things to note
- Entry : Unique Smartlock Code given to enter premises
- Checkout Time: Before 10am. Prior arrangements must be made in advance for late checkout, if available an additional fee will be assessed. If parties are not checked out by 12:00pm, an additional night stay will be charged.
- House Restrictions: No house parties, No loud music, No events --- NoiseAware sensors are set up at the house and any complaints from neighbors and/or authorities will result in automatic checkout and forfeiture of security deposit. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations. Disclaimer: Nest video system has been installed at the front door and driveway of the house for EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety.
- Equipment: Please do not remove pool vacuum, or fee will be assessed. If there are any issues, please feel free to call us.
- Smoking/Drugs: The house has a strict no smoking or vaping inside the home and backyard area. If any evidence of smoking, vaping or use of illegal substances is detected on the premises, guests will be automatically checked out, face forfeiture of the stay and additional damages may apply
- Pet Policy: Due to pet allergies of future guests and our cleaners, we have a strict NO pets policy which unfortunately also extends to NO service animals
- Children/Minors: Must be accompanied at all times when outside due to the risks posed by the pool. Life jackets and flotation devices are available. Any guests under the age of 18 must be disclosed; guardians must sign an electronic waiver prior to beginning reservation.
- No glass bottles allowed near pool
- No moving of any furniture or decor
- Number of Guests: May not exceed 16 guests. If there are more than 16 guests sensed by Nest systems, it will result in automatic checkout and forfeiture of security deposit. The correct number of guests must be reported prior to the time of check in as we will not have the correct number of supplies should that number of guests exceed the registered number.

What a wonderful stay! The home is very spacious, everything was very clean and neat. The family room was the perfect setup and size and we were all able to hangout together in one place. The hosts were very responsive to our questions and even left snacks for us! Thanks so much!

A PayPal website fee is required from the tenant before the property owner is given the tenants direct contact information.
