CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT:

- Upon arrival, You will receive a unique security code that will allow you keyless entry into the property using our smart lock. This way you never have to worry about losing a key and everyone in your party will be able to lock and unlock the door with your smart lock code. Your code will be valid during the duration of your stay and will expire after you check out.

Before checking into the property we must collect a credit card and photo ID to verify your identity and cover any incidentals (as we do not charge a security deposit).

You are choosing to book our home using a 3rd party website and not booking direct. Airbnb does not share your info with us. When you book, you are agreeing to submit a copy of your photo ID, your email address, and credit card to us after you book. This is standard procedure for professional property managers, just like hotels. Age minimum 26, and no pets or 'service pets are allowed'
- Pool heating is optional and available for additional nightly rate. We do not charge for hot tub
The pool can be heated during winter months when the natural pool temperature drops due to lower outside air temperatures. When heated, the temperature will be maintained the best we can during winter months. As the pools are outside we have them set for the 87 but as the temps drop so do the pools. We do heat them but the colder outside the harder it is to hold higher temps, It is still heated but not in the 80's during the colder seasons .We generally recommend that the pool be heated October 15th through May 31st in order to be a comfortable swimming temperature. To ensure the pool is heated for your arrival we require a minimum 3 day advance notice. If you decide to take advantage of the optional pool/spa heat it is required for the entire duration of your stay, it can not be turned on and off daily.

Each year I take my kids to Arizona to relax and soak up the sun. My kids 12,14,and 16 each brought a friend and we stayed at the Villa. The property was fantastic with basketball court which was the main reason for booking the property. The pool and pools lighting was amazing as was the entire outside patio area. Inside was of great size with a lot of room and very comfortable. The air conditioning was great with no issues. I booked this property to relax and for my kids to enjoy themselves after a long school year and that’s exactly what we got in booking this great location. Communication with Dianne was top notch as is she!!

My friends and I had an incredible time staying at this house. Travis, who meet us at check in could not have been kinder and more helpful. It slept 16 of us comfortably with only 2 of us having to share a bed. The backyard was perfect for a bachelorette party-equipped with everything listed in the listing along with several seating options in the shade-which you definitely need in Arizona. Would definitely recommend this home for a bachelorette, or any big group

Our stay was great - went here with a large group of friends and everyone really enjoyed themselves. Our contact Dianne was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the course of the stay. The place was clean, easy to find, and it had everything that was noted in the initial description. Basketball court and putting green were fun to use, we used the grill, outdoor fireplace, pool table, hot tub, and all of the TV's throughout the stay and all were comfortable and happy. Really fun place to get a big group together!
Our only issue was that the weather was much colder than anticipated and pool was not very usable throughout the weekend - we requested the pool be heated and paid the additional amount, but the temperature was never warm enough to stay in the water. Just bad luck with temperatures in the 40's at night cooling the pool.

The property manager Dianne was super helpful and responsive. Highly recommend to anyone with a larger group. You won’t regret it.

Could not have asked for a better Bachelor weekend at this Oasis! We had 16 guys and there were beds for everyone and something for everyone to do. We were either playing basketball, mini golf, swimming in the pool, soaking up the hot tub, playing pool or enjoying the beautiful backward & grilling area. 10/10 recommend this stay for anyone looking to have a great weekend in AZ. About 30 mins from Old Town which Uber's had no problem finding the house. Definitely have to check out Buffalo Chip near Cave Creek on a Friday night if you rent this stay - highlight of our weekend and only 15 min from us. Lot's of golf courses near the Airbnb as well that we could chose from. Thanks again for the great stay!

Thank you so much to this team in AZ! They have over 30 properties and I needed to switch to a bigger house. They allowed me with no issues. House is clean and huge. If something isn’t working how you like, they send someone out to fix asap. It was December so we only used the hot tube but might suggest heating the pool. It’s an extra charge but we didn’t need. There are extra towels and supplies, and detergent to wash clothes before you leave. We added the massage packed to show up to the Airbnb and it was so convenient. They offer discounts on car services and will get groceries for you. If not check out Uber rentals , that’s what we did and it was super cheap.
So much to do in AZ and when we asked for recommendations they helped us out so much. Great team and great properties.

Highly recommend. Becca and her team are professionals and do an amazing job. The villa is an amazing place to stay and you really could spend 100% of your time there and enjoy. The location isn't far from Scottsdale but is very close to great golf, hiking, and dining (Proof at the Four Seasons is a 10 min drive). Lisa helped coordinate our stay and showed us around, etc. She is also an amazing host and was available 24/7. I do suggest that if you are staying you do the grocery order ahead of time with Becca. It is so nice to walk into a fully stocked fridge and everything you need. Grocery stores are close, but the convenience of utilizing that service is a must. 10/10 recommend staying here with Becca.

Check in was easy and there was an open line of communication with the hosts all weekend in case we needed anything. One thing to note, there is no diving board anymore!!! Would still definitely stay again.

The villa is the perfect spot for a large group stay. You could stay busy the whole time on the property or go have fun on a hike or in Scottsdale. Secluded enough for privacy, accessible enough that you can get an Uber. Communication with the host was a bit stressful at times.
