Rock Star vibes throughout this amazing space! Welcome to Agave House Arizona, where you will truly feel like you have arrived and living the life of a rock star. 5000 square feet all on ground level including a self-contained Casita which sleeps two, and faces onto our glamourous all tile pool. This home was transformed for entertainment with the signature Tequila Room and of course the famous Red Room, which is often rented out by creatives for film, video, and podcasting. A Chefs kitchen with Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances throughout, double island and double dishwashers, as well as a large outdoor professionals barbeque area suitable for catering events. In the BBQ area, under the pergola is a commercial grade large table and stools for you to enjoy special moments and meals together in classic Arizona outdoor living style. The Patio features two large commercial grade sectionals, misters for the summer, and heaters for the winter. The large glass wall facing the patio opens so you can enjoy the true indoor/outdoor lifestyle Phoenix is famous for (seasonally of course). Located across the street from the famous Art Deco dream, the Biltmore Hotel, known as an upscale old money area, you will be only 3 blocks away from Biltmore Fashion Park with it’s destination restaurants, etc, 5 minutes from Piestewa Peak, a top destination hiking area.
AMENITIES & OUTDOORS
Home Theatre
You’ll find a plethora of amenities and perks. For instance, you and your guests are sure to love the home theater known as the RED ROOM. This room is a home theatre with Dolby 7.2, subwoofer, and 8 foot screen, where you can have a true old world Hollywood evening with your family, but also doubles as an uber cool space for late night drinks, and can be lit up with our LED lighting that makes the space incredible for photography. The RED ROOM is often rented out as a dedicated space. A removable gold dancing pole is available on request!
Tequila Room
Agave house’s signature room is it’s Tequila Room. The space has a sink, a sub zero fridge for your use, and an amazing LED illuminated Onyx pouring table, typically only found in boutique hotels. Under the glamorous chandelier you can pour drinks for your guests, or, set up your private bartender for your event. This space features many interesting Tequila bottles (under lock of course), and has a wonderful atmosphere for your event.
Hot Tub:
The Agave House Arizona Spa is large and suitable for 10 ( or more ) people. It has a sheer decent waterfall, lights up with LED colours of your choice, and has an amazing view as you look back towards the house you will enjoy beautiful mature palms and the glow of the firepit and the pool.
Enjoy indoor/outdoor living with the sliding glass doors in the living room which lead to the covered patio. After a long day of golf, hiking, or shopping, enjoy a game of ping pong, or chess, or other board games and play late into the night as competitions rage and you discover who is the best of the best at the various games to choose from.
Enjoy the outdoor fire pit, and feel free to roast some marshmallows as you enjoy the flickering flames and cool desert night air. The backyard is your own private resort (privacy from neighbors) with an all-tile pool to cool off in the warm months (unheated), which is sure to be a much-loved and a refreshing amenity during the hot afternoon. You will also enjoy the large in-ground spa for the cooler months (October to April) perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing and exploring,

Limit the number of cars in the in street. 6-7 cars in the driveway. For safety and security purposes this home does have cameras on the front and both sides of the house.
Landscapers and pool vendors have access to the backyard to do work on their scheduled days. Wednesday pool service. Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week. We will notify you.
Garbage day is Wednesday. We will move garbage cans to the street on Tuesday afternoon and move them back during the day on Thursday.
At time of departure, bedsheets and towels can be placed in the laundry bag in the laundry room This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings.

Can’t say enough about The Agave House. The residence was beautiful, with very high end amenities. Really enjoyed the kitchen equipped with Wolf and Subzero appliances. Tequila room is really nice and sets a great mood. The red room was a nice spot to relax in the AC and watch a movie with theater like surround sound. The pool was sparkling clean and the spa was a perfect place to hang out with the guys, have drinks and plan the next day.
Brad was very communicative and felt like he could be reached at any time. We arrived to a very nice welcome basket for our stay as well with some local supplies for our trip. The casita was a nice place and perfect for some of the guests to enjoy.
Location was central and very easy to get anywhere in the area via Uber/Lift.
The Agave House exceeded our expectations on all points and I would absolutely book again.

Spectacular house in a great area of Phoenix! Huge place with outdoor kitchen, pool, hot tub; unbelievable amenities. Easy walk to Biltmore, etc with dirty backyard access to the canal trail system! Surrounded by beautiful mountains. Super responsive host and a truly unique space. 5 stars and Highly recommend!!!
