This home sits at the end of a private waterfront site in the rear of a family friendly cul-de-sac of enormous homes.
Splash!!! This pool is heated between October 15th and April 15th to 87 degrees and a $65 daily pool heat fee will be added to your reservation so you can enjoy this amenity. This fee is mandatory, but it is not included in your quote as it will need to be requested from you after confirming your booking. Spas and Hot Tubs are no additional fee as they are included year-round for no extra cost. The pools cannot be heated April 16th through October 14th without prior approval from management.
WOOF, this home is dog friendly. Stays of 30 days or more $10 per night. Shorter term stays dog fee is $25 per night.
Step into a massive entry and gorgeous living room with TV and Pool Table. The kitchen is right off the living room and family room with eat in kitchen. The kitchen is fit for a gourmet chef or friends and family. Special touches include warming drawers and shelves, a wine cooler, inside and outside refrigerators and everything you can think of to prepare and serve a meal for inside on the dining table or waterfront outdoors. Every room in the home takes advantage of this amazing water views with backyard being west facing, the sunsets over the water are amazing. Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms and a full bath and just take the grand staircase up to the 2nd level and you will find 4 more bedrooms. Two share a jack and jill bath and the others share the master bath suite. The Master is large, with a king bed, TV and lounge and fireplace for relaxing in privacy. Just off the master is a special bedroom for a family environment and both bedrooms lead out to a private lakefront 2nd story deck. The master spa like bath has a jacuzzi tub, separate walk in shower and double sinks with vanities. Enjoy your morning coffee en-suite or downstairs in the kitchen with your crew. Now enjoy the fun filled backyard, with a heated pool and spa overlooking the lake at The Islands. BBQ outside, dock too. The yard/pool has child proof fencing for your safety. Imagine taking a swim in the morning with the waterfall flowing into the tranquil pool and then lounging with a cup of coffee or a special drink. Should you need it there is a large laundry room and super 3 car garage. This is 4172 square feet of magnificent home for your respectful enjoyment.

This house was incredible and the host was so amazing!!! It’s a must stay home, we had a blast from swimming in the winter months, and the hot tub was great in the evenings. We fished, kayaked, and everything was such a great stay. Elite Vacation Rentals was amazing!

This place was amazing. Clean, well taken care of. Something for everyone to do. Pool was great, fished in the lake, kayaked. Lots of space to spread out with a large group. Would definitely recommend this place for your next vacation in Gilbert!

The home was clean but was old and has not been updated. The ceiling had water leak issues and mold marks. The carpet and baseboards were old and need replacing. The furniture was completely mismatched. Some of the furniture was nicer and newer but most of the furniture looked like it came from a second hand store. The towels were so old and worn we went and purchased our own towels. The home was very clean which was much appreciated but expected. This home has great renovation potential but “as is “ it is not somewhere I would stay again.
