Very nice, clean residence. Pool was awesome. Very nice kitchen. Bedrooms were in great condition! All bathrooms clean and well stocked. Ample towel supply and nice laundry appliances in good condition. Would definitely stay here again. AvantStay representatives were polite, welcoming and very easy to work with.

This house is very pretty and was clean, but there were inconsistencies in the images and description of the rooms. There are two rooms that are supposed to have trundle beds, but only one out of the two rooms advertised, did - there was a bed missing from the trundle, leaving us with one less bed than needed.
The pool was also very dirty, we cleaned it ourselves before getting inside. There is also an outrageous fee of $150 if you have more trash than the one allowed bin, so be sure to cram all you have in one bin or take the trash elsewhere to avoid that fee.
Lastly, the response times varied throughout the entire process / stay. If you want an answer quick, I would call. I waited 5 hours for a response regarding our early checkin time (that we paid for), but didn’t hear back on the confirmation for 3 days until I reached out.

A PayPal website fee is required from the tenant before the property owner is given the tenants direct contact information. This same website fee is then charged back to the property owner and deducted from any rental quote emailed to the tenant by the property owner.
