Interior: This property offers two separate living spaces with couches, great for keeping kids entertained! The large, well-appointed kitchen is complete with center island and breakfast bar seating for 8 & large indoor dining space. The kitchen has been stocked with your comfort in mind.
Backyard: There is ample outdoor dining, a mounted outdoor smart TV, comfortable outdoor lounge seating and pool loungers. There is a fire pit with seating near the pool & a putting green on the west side of the yard. BBQ grill and grilling utensils (propane provided). Turf area and corn hole offer many outdoor activity options.
Pool Barrier: A removable pool barrier is on site.
Guest access
24/7 Self Check-in with SmartLock for effortless access to the home. Guests will be sent check in instructions 24 hours prior to arrival with unique entry code and other pertinent home info.
Other things to note
Other amenities: This home is equipped with smart TVs, Sonos speakers, an Xbox & board games. Ping pong & foosball are set up in the garage! The property also includes an iron/ironing board, cleaning supplies & an in-unit washer & dryer with laundry soap.
Heated Pool: Must be requested and paid for 24 hours in advance to allow water to come up to temperature. Our pool can be WARMED to provide comfortable swimming temperatures in the colder months (October-April) if desired. The cost of utilizing this amenity is $50 per night and must be on for the duration of your stay. Please keep in mind that the maximum consistent achievable temperature is 85 degrees and it is not possible to bring the pool to spa/hot tub temperatures. The ability of the heater to reach the set temperature is dependent on outside air temp, specifically overnight lows. Please let us know if you would like to add this as an additional accommodation to your stay for the aforementioned associated fee.
