Our home is nestled in a great, North Scottsdale neighborhood on a quiet street and close to all the great adventures AZ has to offer! We're situated in the Paradise Valley Village area and minutes from the Greenway Park. We can accommodate up to a 30' RV with our separate parking area available on the side of our home. Please keep in mind hookups are not provided onsite. For the avid shoppers traveling with your group, we're less than 10 minutes from Kierland Commons and Desert Ridge Marketplace! We're also less than 10 minutes from the Mayo Clinic, the MIM and the Princess Hotel. We're surrounded by an array of grocers and our certified concierge is here to assist you with planning not only your family fun outings, but can also help out with grocery delivery services, booking tours, golf packages and more!
Our beautiful home features a spectacular two-story floor plan, to which you are welcomed into the foyer entry where you are greeted by gorgeous hardwood floors. Heading into the heart of the home on the main floor you'll find yourself in the open concept living room and kitchen area where you will also have full access to the pristine backyard! Also on the main floor, you will find the half bathroom near the front entrance, the dining room and a king bedroom to the right of the entryway and the bunk room adjacent to the living room.
Heading upstairs the primary bedroom, with king bed and en-suite bathroom, is ready and waiting to invite you home! Also upstairs, you will find the two additional king bedrooms and a full guest bathroom centrally located in the hallway. Plenty of storage and closet spaces in each room to feel like you're home away from home!
We know the backyard is what you're looking for with its large, lap pool, four-person spa, propane fire pit, putting green and bocce ball court! There is no shortage of fun to be had out back. The covered patio offers your group outdoor dining space and entertainment with the large, smart TV! Or if you just want to sit, relax and unwind, the hammock swing is a great place to do so, too.

-100 MB WIFI speed and YouTube TV or Internet TV access throughout
-We strongly suggest purchasing travel insurance as we will follow our cancellation policy!
House Rules:
I give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to verify my identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest verification can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions.

The home will be ready for Check-in between 4-6pm AZ time
No parties or events
Pets upon approval with fee applied
The renting party must be 25 or older and staying in the home throughout the duration of the reservation.
*We use NoiseAware software to monitor any excessive noise or elevated occupancy on the property.
Other Information:
$75 pet fee/dog. We ask that all doggy doo be cleaned up and disposed of properly before departure. To be paid separately after booking.
***If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without PaseoHomesAZ approval you may be subject to a fine.
No Cats
You will have the whole home to yourselves when booking with PaseoHomesAZ.
A dedicated, personal door code will be provided to you prior to your check in time via email.
Uber & Lyft are easily accessible in our area for ease of transportation
IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit and lease agreement.
We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
Early check in/late check out may be available upon request for an additional charge. Approval required.

The City of Scottsdale explicitly prohibits excessive outdoor noise, and it will not be tolerated. Assessed fines and penalties will be charged against the traveler(s). During ALL hours noise and music MUST remain at a REASONABLE level. This is not a party house.

This home worked out great for our group. 2 families with a total of 6 kids. Sleeping arrangements were easy and the backyard was spacious for everyone to stretch out. Appeared that previous people may have left the propane on for the grille but another replacement tank was right there on-hand for us. instructions for everything were clearly provided and really an easy stay. A/C worked great in the house through some really scorching days. Thank you!

It was a great stay - just like the pictures. We loved that every room had a king size bed except for the kids room. The pool was wonderful and perfect and everything was clean and comfortable. I also got sick on my last day and the hosts were extremely accommodating in the case that I needed to extend my reservation. They checked in with me on the following day which was also nice. Another key thing I loved is the sliding door to the pool will ring a bell and has a lock to keep children safe from exiting to the pool. This was helpful with our 4 kiddos under 6! Huge plus!
Everything was perfect- only thing is that there are no lights in the pool so once the sun goes down, the pool area becomes dark and unable to use even if it is 8pm (before noise time). That was the only thing that I would suggest being aware of as we like to enjoy evening swims. Other than that - beautiful home for a large family with kids!
