The owners have a great space for families /large groups looking to stay together with all the amenities. Lots of rooms/beds/baths, we never felt crowded! Decor is tastefully done, furniture is comfy and plentiful, inside and outside. We noticed right away that the trash from previous renters was still on the property in 5 large bins, overflowing and smelly. I notified Rebel said it would be picked up the next morning. Which it wasn't, long story short, 2 days later, 6 messages, pictures and a phone call , 1/2 was picked up by this really nice guy. The pool wasn't working and needed treatment before use. Cont. Rebel, and they had someone come over that evening to repair and treat the water, just couldn't use it til next day. 2 days later treated again and had to wait to use it again. The big issue was with the cleanliness of the home, the floors were Disgusting, not mopped for who knows how long, rugs stained and dirty, hair all over , dirty kitchen utensils, just poorly clean

Awesome place. We had a bachelor party here and we had ample room for 10 guests, likely could have fit a few more comfortably. Outdoor space is huge.
Had issues with the fridge and the front door lock. Contacted Rebl employees and didn’t get much in terms of responses.
Place was clean except for some wet towels by the pool

The house was setup great for the 16 of us that went down there. Main area is nice and big to host a big group and outside back yard is awesome with outdoor games and nice pool. Rebl was also very responsive to any questions or concerns we had through our whole trip. Will definitely rent through them or even this same house again!

10 guys for golf trip and had a nice time. Hot tub needed work, but pool, bocce and putting green was fun. Plenty of bedrooms so that was nice. They don't have basic cable so we could not watch golf channel or ESPN but otherwise, we had a fun time here.

Used a REBL rental for a large weekend get away in Phoenix and was very pleased with our house and the REBL company.
There was a lot of coordination and planning prior to our event, and REBL was VERY responsive to all of my questions at just about any time of the day. Things were well organized and they were always friendly to talk to. They made it easy to add on extra experiences or amendities.
The house was as advertised and was a great space for our 15 adults. REBL was continously available through text and phone during our stay. We had no major problems and they were quick to investigate small things we noticed. For example, a fire alarm on a 12 foot ceiling ran out of batteries on our second day, and a maintenance professional replaced it within 4 hours on the same day, before one of our guests would have attempted to sleep in the room.
Additionally, by day 3 our hot tub water had gotten low leading to heating difficulties. It was fixed on that same Sunday. As the event organizer, I really appreciated the quick resolution of these two smaller inconviences.
Thank you again, REBL, for everything and I'll consider your rental services in the future.

The house was adequate. At this price point, we were expecting more of a luxury place. It is a pretty standard AirBnB that has been dialed in from a marketing perspective with cool decor and great photos. The home is simpler, lower end construction. Kitchen is not as well equipped as expected (expected gourmet kitchen, got just the basics). Thermostats were locked and house was too hot. Got noise complaint within 10 minutes of being outside with 10 professionals. Next to 2 busy streets. The king beds everywhere is a good idea and very attractive for a business rental. Be aware there is no master bath. House is unique and fits a need in the market for sure. This is very much so a business, not a home. House was adequate but not a good value. Rules were a little tight. Felt like an attorney was looking over our shoulders the whole time.

This house was the perfect location for our gathering! There was a lot of space for our guests to spread out and enjoy the different areas without feeling cramped. We especially appreciated all the different seating areas outside of the house and the long table inside that we could all enjoy a meal together at. There is only one umbrella outside but the trees offered a little bit of shade in one corner of the pool too. Also appreciated that there were enough pool towels for everyone. Would definitely stay again!

Great family home with an action packed backyard. Their communication was great and so much help with check in/ check out.
I would definitely recommend this stay for a family, although for a group of people that are golfing and going out on the town it is a little out of the way but we knew that! 5 star place for sure.

Great place for large group - lots of bathrooms and bedrooms. The bunks are all one room (great for kids but worth noting. Everything works great - was nice and clean. Grill turned right on (even though we ended up baking vs grilling in end). Had all the small stuff you’d want/need for a good time. Really awesome place.
