Welcome to our beautiful, North Scottsdale home within short distance to some of the areas best restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, hiking and biking trails, nearby parks and more! This home offers a great open concept main living floor plan with vaulted ceilings offering a grand feeling when you enter our home! The backyard is where you will spend most of your time with the great sunset views, Bocce Ball court, cornhole, bowling, putting green and fire pit! There is no shortage of fun to be had without even leaving our home especially with the inviting pool and spa!
Our concierge is ready to make this trip the most memorable trip to Arizona! With a quick 10 minute Uber/Lyft to visit the one and only MIM, less than 10 minutes to the best shops and restaurants of Kierland Commons or just 15 minutes of a drive to the TPC Scottsdale Champions Course, these are just a few great places to see while here! No matter what brings you out to visit, our team is ready to get you going! Be sure to ask our concierge about pool packages, grocery services & tours - Pink Jeep in Sedona, Wine Tours, ATV Tours, & more! The pool can be heated for an extra $75/day. We need a week advance notice to heat the pool!
Please note that during the Winter months the ability to heat a pool is affected by the ambient temperatures outdoors. If temperatures reach below 45°F the pool heater will no longer be effective in heating the pool.
Must be 25 or older to rent. Renter guest must be staying in the home for the duration of the reservation.

Guest Access:
Our guests have full access to this home during their stay. We only ask that you refrain from removing or tampering with pool equipment to ensure no damage and the pool will remain clean during your stay. The home is keyless entry for a smooth check in both afternoon and night!
Interaction with Guests:
We are here for you, as our guest, as much or as little as you need us! We cannot fix issues without knowing about them during your stay. Please report via your appropriate channel messenger first, during business hours of 7am-7pm, if it is not an utter emergency, and we do our best to respond within an hour. If there is an emergency that needs our attention right away please contact our business line immediately! Otherwise, we like to respect our guest's privacy and will leave you to enjoy your time in our home!
The Neighborhood:
Our neighbors are our friends! We love that we can share our home with our guests and ask that everyone abide by the quiet hours from 10pm-7am so that we can continue to serve our guests without disrupting our great neighborhood.
Getting Around:
We enjoy that our home is easily accessible with Ubers or Lyfts for those who do not rent a car or drive in for their family vacation! Our team of concierge is here to assist our guests with enjoying the city of Scottsdale but if you're looking for a quiet time and prefer to find those items on your own we provide great info in our welcome binders!
Other Things to Note:
This home is fully furnished and stocked with a starter amount of essentials to get you going on your trip! Please plan accordingly to purchase enough additional consumables to last for the remainder of your stay.

Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. Renting person must stay in the home throughout the reservation.

Maximum Occupancy. The number of people (including children) present at the Property may not exceed the maximum occupancy set forth in the Property Description.
This is a dog friendly property, there is a non-refundable pet fee (plus tax) per pet (limit 2), per stay. Dogs Only. Please keep your pup off the furniture (including the couches, chairs, and beds) and pick-up after your pup.
Please be sure to clean up after your pets to avoid additional charges.
Minimum Age. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent the Property. You hereby confirm that you are at least 25 years of age. You acknowledge that failure of this confirmation to be true constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

I have to say, Rebl had the BEST response time to any questions I had, and they were so friendly! There were a couple of things that needed to be taken care of while we were there, (broken lounge chair) and they had it fixed ASAP! The home is gorgeous and was perfect for us! The pool was beautiful, and we swam every day. They even have a pool guy come and check stuff twice a week, to make sure it's up to par. If we ever come back to Phoenix, we will defiantly check to see if this home is available again.

Great place and nice area . Give it a 4.5 star had a little trouble with working the stove they answered quickly but they dont have enough pans that work with the stove . Overall we enjoyed the house . Would go back and recommend

We had a great stay here! The big backyard was a hit for our guests. Lots to do and entertain with. The kitchen and living room area are nicely situated and there was plenty of room for several guests. The place was clean and comfortable. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again!
