This place is amazing... beautiful location and house. The thing that was not amazing is that this house is owned by a big corporation and they are not helpful at all. I was on the phone with the staff several times before we arrived and they were not even willing to try to help. They would always start with, "I apologize..." but they were not helpful or compassionate. It is like they were trained to be courteous but rigid, and customer satisfaction did not matter at all as long as everyone stuck to rules that were literally set in stone. Our biggest issue was that we rented the house for 2 days, and there was enough time to have the pool heated about halfway through our stay. I requested it when we rented the house. They wasted almost an entire day saying they couldn't heat it and finally said they could try if I would pay to heat it for both days. It was obvious that they only cared about money. The house lacks any personal touch, and the kitchen is totally bare.

The house was amazing,. The kitchen was WONDERFUL. Plenty of cook wear and fantastic appliances. The heated pool and outside firepit was truly a great place to hang with our family. I would suggest much better furniture and enough furniture for quests to set in for the amount of people the house can sleep. One last suggestion somehow have a light for the grill area. I still gave the place a 5 star due to ease of check in, location, the host and the house itself.

The home was absolutely beautiful, the neighborhood was gorgeous and the neighbors were quiet and courteous. The amenities were over the top, and I felt like I was provided excellent accommodations when it came to the small necessities (I.e. plenty of towels, travel soaps, kitchen essentials). Overall best experience I’ve had in a rental.
