How The Home Is Stocked:
This home is fully furnished and stocked with a starter amount of essentials to get you going on your trip! Please plan accordingly to purchase enough additional consumables to last for the remainder of your stay.
House Rules and Notes:
• No parties or events of any kind allowed on property
• No more than 4 cars at the house at any time
• Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. Renting person must stay in the home throughout the reservation.
• No smoking
• Check-in time is 4 PM (this time is strict)
• Check-out time is 10 AM (this time is strict)
• Early check-in and late check-out (if available fees apply)
Due To A New City Ordinance:
• All reservations will go through a verification process
• Please be sure your full name is entered on your reservation when booking
• IDs will be requested for verification after booking
• We report and prosecute all credit card fraud

This is a beautiful house. It has a great layout that is open for everyone to spend time together. There is plenty to do.
There is an electric stove that works intermittently because you can only use certain pans. the fridge doesn't get cold and the upstairs bedroom is too warm to sleep in.

This is a great house. We had 16 people stay and it worked out well for us. The house is gorgeous and Rebl was very responsive when we had questions or needs. I would definitely stay here again. The neighborhood is very quiet and beautiful.

This home was great for a weekend swim meet in Scottsdale. The location was close to the pool and in a safe neighborhood. The house is also about 10min walk to a nearby park that has a great play area for the kids. The beds were really comfortable and everyone got good rest. Kitchen was very spacious, all the appliances worked and ice machine in the fridge also worked. Showers worked awesome, good pressure and a good water heater. We weren’t able to use the amenities in the backyard but the yard was beautiful, clean and spacious. Be mindful that the neighbor behind the house does have a sign protesting “Homes Not Hotels.” It didn’t bother our stay. Our host, Lindsey responded to our texts quickly and was easy to communicate with. Our group would definitely stay here again 👍🏼

So, my stay here has concluded and still I have not heard back about the pool issues. I discovered several other issues as well. I do not usually rate stays negatively, but I feel it wouldnt be fair to other renters if I'm not honest and accurate about my stay. This home is in a very desireable and beautiful neighborhood. The home directly behind this one has a sign in their backyard over their back wall facing this property saying, "Homes, Not Hotels", which tells me they are not happy about this property being a rental in their neighborhood. 1st impression of the home is that it was nice. Kitchen and dining area is nice, Master bedroom and bathroom were nice, except the TV was broken and the other TVs wouldnt let a show play uninterrupted for more than a few seconds at a time. The hot tub does not get warm even though the gauge says 104* it couldnt have gotten over 80*. The pool has no timers and the vacumm never came on once during our stay and the water was cloudy and disgusting. Even though we tried to clean the debris from the surface of the water several times, it was still not suitable to swim in, which was a major disappointment. I reached out to resolve this, but after being told they would get back to me, I didn't hear any more until the rental was over. They said thay would refund 30% and even though that is not the resolution that I was looking for, it is appreciated, even after the fact. I still wouldve rathered the use of the pool and hot tub. Otherwise the home is nice.

Only issue was they still had pots/pans that were not compatible with the induction stove so I bad to message the host because I thought something was wrong with the stove. Everything was great!!! We so enjoyed our time there. The space was excellent and totally conducive for a large family gathering. The pool, although not heated, was totally great and we finitely didn’t miss the heat function. There was something for every age from the Bocci to ping pong to outdoor bowling and football in the casita. And in addition, the decor was great too. Our property manager Chris was awesome; available and kind. It was perfect. Would totally do it again!

This is a must do home! Both the house and the location are great. Everything was very clean. There was a ton of space to spread out. The outdoor space was as great, from the swimming pool and hot tub to the putting green and everything in between. My family did not want to leave. I would highly recommend this home.
