Rental Property Information
Easily sleeps 20, and just 18 minutes from the airport and old town Scottsdale. For the active, a pickle ball court, volleyball, basketball, horseshoes, and cornhole lead off. To relax? Try the heated pebble tec pool or maybe the six person hot tub. For those into ambiance, enjoy the outdoor fireplaces, fire pit and 65” TV surrounded by cactus’ and swaying palms. Indoors the fun continues with billiards, poker, and of course table games. Come enjoy it all at the Double Eagle Villa!

The double gated property has ample parking, a large lot of nearly an acre, and is freshly renovated inside and out.

I honestly can say this is the best vacation rental I have ever stayed in. Scott was an amazing host, he met us at check in and did a walk through with us. He was responsive with every question or concern I have (even late at night when my son locked us out of our room). We stayed here with our Little League Juniors Allstar team for a week. Our original booking was 5 days, and as our team got wins in we needed to extend our booking and Scott allowed us to extend a single night twice as we worked our way through the bracket. With 12 boys it’s hard to keep them entertained for several days in a row and we had zero problems while staying here. They had endless entertainment from the putting green, pool, table games, pickleball, cornhole, movies outside. We even had space in the grass to do batting practice too. The home is spread out and was comfortable for us parents when we needed quiet time around the boys. The kitchen was well stocked for all our meals. Thank you so much for a perfect stay.

This Airbnb is top of the line. Our host Scott made this trip easy & well worth the fun for huge parties. This home had 4 rooms & a huge basement with more beds than you can imagine lol. Even the living room had pull out furniture, so the whole family was comfty. We absolutely loved the patio that could hold the entire party to play games, brunch, swim, relax etc. You name it, we did it. The bar was stocked with adult beverages for the young party animals, so that was overall just a time!! The kids never ran out of things to do, so the house just gets an A+. Our host was kind enough to let us visit his other properties he rents & the guy doesn’t miss! His homes are beautiful & welcoming. Our family would definitely be using Scott & one of his amazing properties when we visit Arizona. Definitely a 10/10. Thanks again, Scott.

I have nothing but great things to say! Scott is super nice and from check in to check out he was just a phone call away to make sure if we ever needed anything he would be able to accommodate. The pictures looked just as they did in real life, the house is huge with lots to do. If you are looking for a sick house to rent that is close to Scottsdale this is the one. My friends and I all had the best times of our lives and we will definitely be back and renting again with Scott!

The house was amazing! We absolutely loved our stay. The backyard has a pool a hot tub and putt putt area, large grass area pickle ball court (had a blast playing), 2 horse shoe areas. This house was awesome. There was a downstairs area which was great because we have a family with us so they could go downstairs and have quiet time. Then upstairs is a split floor plan which was awesome. Plenty of bathrooms for everyone.
One and only down side there is not a lot of mixing bowls or grill utensils or large cooking items.
But there were a lot of spices for us to use which was nice.
I have also stayed in multiple Airbnbs that want you to basically deep clean the whole house, this was not at all the case self check out was so simple.
Last, Scott was phenomenal. Welcomed us at check in gave us a tour, easy to get a hold of. Totally understanding. GREAT EXPERIENCE
