Next level was very responsive and helpful when we needed them. I would message them and they would send to the house what was missing. The grill is unfortunately very old and used, Ice machine broke, oven didn’t work, and was lacking a few basic kitchen supplies like cookie sheets and serving bowls. Bathrooms were nice and bedrooms slept 13 comfortably.

The house was perfect for a large group - it looks just like the pictures, the pool is well-kept, and our group had a great time hanging out in the sun! The only negatives during our stay were that the floors were not clean and stained our feet after walking around and there were also stains on the bedsheets.
Overall we had a great stay and enjoyed the house but, it could have been improved by cleaner conditions.

We (2 adults) took 8 Teenagers from rural AZ to Phoenix to participate in "Youth Day at the Capitol" and stayed overnight in this wonderful place to save $ (vs hotels) and to be under one roof to better supervise the teens. It was perfect for this reason. It was spacious, had a pool table and a pool (some fun!). Provided ample space, total accommodations and near our destination for the early morning meeting with our elected officials and fun interactions with youth from across AZ. Thank you Next level for allowing us to stay in your place and supporting our youth as they learn about the state they live in. very nice place you have!!! Host was very responsive and reached out (proactive) during booking process. Very helpful.

The house was in fine condition...was asked to have more time to have them clean the house and then the floors were in not great shape.
The house was minimal on kitchen supplies (clean pans and pans that do not stick). We also were only given 2 rolls of paper towels...no where near enough.

This home was beautiful and comfortable, spacious, and well spread out. With a large group, it nice that everyone had their own space and privacy.
The kids loved the pool table and swimming pool. It was very clean and well kept.
The kitchen was huge and well stocked, which made preparing and serving meals a breeze. While there is no traditional dining room table, there are folding tables & chairs in the pantry to set up when needed.
We did have a couple of minor glitches during our stay, but the hosts were quick to respond and went above and beyond to make it right.
We would definitely consider staying here in the future.

We loved the house! It was perfect for our large group. The pool and yard were beautiful and there were lots of things to do! We were a little surprised at the lack of cookware, and the dishwasher was broken by the renters before us and they did not fix it. Overall a great place to stay for a few days!

This was a great stay in a nice little neighborhood. House is very spacious with a lot more rooms and beds than you would think and a very good layout for multiple family’s or guest to have there own private spaces and bathrooms. House was dirty, dust in all the vents, half eaten corn dog in the couch, cockroach on the floor. Wasn't what we expected. AC didn't work on one of the 100-degree days we had. Technician was very nice but had to come back twice and was walking all over the house inside and out - not what I think of as a vacation. They didn't bother to offer a refund or anything.
