Welcome to Adobe Modern, a 3733 sq. ft home with 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. This home is filled with modern southwest style and amenities that will ensure everyone is entertained.
You'll enjoy the large backyard for dining and entertaining. There are sun loungers for those who want to relax by the pool and outdoor living areas to enjoy. Enjoy the great outdoors while eating at the eight-person dining table. Head to the casita where there is a foosball table, darts, and mini-movie theater space.
Upon entering this home, you will see the beautiful living room with its adobe-style decorative fireplace and modern finishes. The living room and kitchen flow together while connecting the formal dining room that seats eight. Stainless steel appliances and stocked kitchenware are ready for the chefs of your group. Those who want to be a part of the cooking action can sit at the island with its three bar seats.
There are two wings of bedrooms in the main home at Adobe Modern. On the left when entering the home, you will find the master bedroom, a guest bedroom with a queen-sized bed, and a separate full bathroom. Past the kitchen, there are two queen bedrooms, a queen bunk bedroom, and a full bathroom. In the casita, there is a shared living space with a king bed and upstairs in the loft area are two full-sized beds.

Had some maintenance issues that were addressed. Casita a/c could be better unit didn't cool the room to keep it as comfortable as we'd would liked. Pool light didn't turn on so swimming at night with children didn't feel safe. But hosts said pool light would be addressed. hopefullyfor the next guest. Overall our experience was great. Would book again. Thank you

The house overall had really really love accommodations, and the beds were super comfy.
The kitchen was super nice, but could use just a little more in terms of cooking supplies. The only major drawback is that this house is located directly in the flight path for the Scottsdale airport, lots of private jets.
