The bedrooms are thoughtfully designed to ensure a restful stay. Bedroom 1 features a plush king bed, while Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3 offer cozy queen beds. Bedroom 4 is a haven for kids or teenagers with two queen-sized bunk beds (300 lbs capacity). In addition, the living room provides extra sleeping space with a comfortable sleeper sofa.
Prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances such as a microwave, dishwasher, oven, stove/cooktop, and toaster. You'll find all the necessary utensils and tools for your culinary creations, including a blender, electric kettle, classic drip coffee pot, and more.

Only Dogs are allowed for a $75 pet fee. Cats or other pets are not allowed.
Cancellation/Refund Policies: We always uphold our cancellation policies as we incur costs on our home regardless of if a guest shows up or not, which is why we have our cancellation policy as it is shown on the listing. When we travel we always opt for travel insurance. We suggest travel insurance from either the booking platform or externally so neither of us have to worry if anything disrupts your trip.
Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: We are happy to accommodate early arrivals and late departures when we can, however, we cannot grant them earlier than 24 hours in advance because they are based on availability, and if another guest is checking out or in that same day. Early Check-In/Late Check-Out are subject to additional fees.
External rental agreement will need to be signed after booking.

A PayPal website fee is required from the tenant before the property owner is given the tenants direct contact information.
