The Neighborhood:
Our neighbors are our friends! We love that we can share our home with our guests and ask that everyone abide by the quiet hours from 10pm-7am so that we can continue to serve our guests without disrupting our great neighborhood. If you're looking for more night time fun, Old Town Scottsdale is just down the road!
Getting Around:
You will find it easy to travel the area with Uber and/or Lyft's available!

All linens, bath & pool towels provided; free WIFI.
***Please note the pool is NOT able to be heated. The heated spa can be used at your leisure though...
***$500/month Electric Cap in the summer months (June through September). Guests agree to this policy upon booking and are liable for the overages. $400/mth should cover it unless it is abused.
***Pets allowed with prior approval ONLY (with additional pet fee as well) No Cats.

Cancellations made thirty (30) days or fewer prior to arrival will forfeit all monies paid minus the cleaning fee, and any pool heating fees paid. NO refunds for early departures.

Really good option for a larger group. The house was pretty close to most of the major golf courses and slept 10 guys very comfortably. Great amenities for hanging out also! So much bang for your buck.
