Sweet Little Condo!!!
5 of 5
We loved the condo on E. Bear Paw Dr. and hope to return in the future. It was very well laid out and comfortable. The loft has it's own half bath! It's well equipped and the apartment sized washer and dryer came in very handy!!! The setting is perfect and we just couldn't get enough of the gorgeous area around Flagstaff and Sedona!! Coming from Western NY we found the altitude and amazing blue skies exhilarating. Thanks so much!!

Great location. Comfortable condo.

Overall, a really great stay. The condo would benefit from having a larger kitchen table. With a family of four it wasn't super convenient. Other than that, we really enjoyed the condo and the adjoining community.

Nice condo for a Flagstaff stay
4 of 5
The condo was nice and a comfortable place to stay with a few exceptions. When I pulled back the covers on the downstairs bed there were quite a few hairs on the "clean" sheets and pillowcases...gross! Luckily there were clean sheets in the closet so I just put those on over the sheets that were already there. Also while I understand leaving the condo as clean as possible, I don't get having to start the laundry and empty all the trash when a $95 cleaning fee is part of the reservation. The condo itself is a nice quiet place except for the creaky floors (if you have light sleepers vacationing with you this might not be the best place as every time someone walks around they'll hear it) and some other things that are showing their age and could use some updating.

Great location but needs updating
3 of 5
The condo was comfortable and the location provided easy access to the clubhouse, golf course, and great hiking trails. It was quiet and comfortable enough, but the furnishings and window coverings really need updating. If you're looking for the basics, and don't mind stairs, this condo is a real price performer.

Bear Paw Lodge is a very nice place to stay. Flagstaff is gorgeous and the mild temps made it bearable in July.

No air conditioning. Made the trip during the heat advisory that was issued, testing the historical high temperatures. This being said, the condo was very warm, especially during the last 3 days when mud daubers were swarming on the patio and we could not open the patio door since the screen did not fully seal. There was loft window that the crank was broken so we could not open this window. Downstairs, another window crank was causing problems. For the summer, without air conditioning, I would make sure these repairs would be made so all windows would function. Otherwise, place was comfortable, equipped, and I would consider staying again if it was not the hottest time of the year. Travel time decision was for a camp at Lowell Observatory for my daughter so no choice to come at a different time.

A very comfortable, clean, well-equipped condo.

The condo was everything we were looking for. A comfortable place to come back to after exploring the Flagstaff area. It was much better equipped and supplied than other condos we have stayed at. We would definitely stay there again.

A Cozy, Woodsy Stay
5 of 5
We really enjoyed our Bear Paw Condo. It was perfect as a base to visit Sedona, the Grand Canyon and downtown Flagstaff. The beds were comfy, plenty of towels, everything we needed in a kitchen. Our only suggestion would be good reading lamps and throw rugs on both sides of the bed in the Master Bedroom. The floor was chilly and we both like to read. We would definitely stay here in the future. Thanks for making our vacation a great one.

Property was great! We loved it! Close to everything cool in Flagstaff.

We had two adults and four kids ages 15-7 with us on this trip. We all fit well in this condo. The six of us had fun exploring Flagstaff, the Grand Canyon, Sedona, Phoenix and all the national parks. I loved the washer/dryer in the condo! With four kids, life was much easier to wash clothes throughout the week rather than save it all for when we return home. I highly recommend this condo! Jim was quick to respond to one question we had during our stay. Thanks for your hospitality!

Phoenix Arizona Company provides a solution for property investors and helping to prevent foreclosures
WEBWIRE – Sunday, November 04, 2007
Jon & Kelly Liljander have created a local website to list vacation properties in the entire Phoenix metro area. Phoenix has always been a haven for snowbirds flocking to the Phoenix valley for decades to enjoy the warm weather. However, it is sometimes difficult finding a quality property for a vacation rental. Vacationers all need and desire a place to call home during their stay and most of them are now wanting something more comparable to their own home. So with property investors having hard times selling homes and foreclosures on beautiful homes looming, many property owners are finding the help they need at http://www.phoenixvacationrentalhomes . Renting investment properties to the thousands of winter visitors is helping Phoenix property owners withstand the mortgage crunch as well as property owners that are having trouble making payments. That is why Jon & Kelly Liljander created a “one-stop shop” of furnished luxury homes on a local website in Phoenix. They locate Phoenix vacation rental homes for vacationers and help property owners locate quality renters over the internet. They also assist with management issues to ensure a smooth rental process for everyone. http://www.phoenixvacationrentalhomes.com is a win-win for everyone in Phoenix and coming to enjoy the Phoenix Scottsdale Metro area on vacation!
