Main suite boasts a full ensuite with King bed, dual sinks & walk-in closet. The 2nd and 2rd guest bedrooms offer a Twin over Queen Bunk Beds. So 5 beds total in the home. Stunning backyard is a Desert Oasis ideal for entertaining w/a covered paver patio, built-in BBQ, inviting gazebo, sparkling pool***, spa*** with a stone waterfall, & plenty of space to hang out!
All linens, bath & pool towels provided; free WIFI.
***Additional fee to heat the pool and/or spa. It heats off of a propane heater, so you will be responsible for the propane used. Guests will be liable for the exact invoice of re-fill for propane used for heating the pool and/or spa. Cost depends on the time of year and how warm you heat it.

***$400/month Electric Cap in the summer months (June through September) when booking 30 days or more only. Guests agree to this policy upon booking and are liable for the overages. $400/mth should cover it unless it is abused.

A PayPal website fee is required from the tenant before the property owner is given the tenants direct contact information. This same website fee is then charged back to the property owner and deducted from any rental quote emailed to the tenant by the property owner.
