The condo is located in the sought after "Signature" complex of north Scottsdale. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, sleeps up to 8! 1st floor, with no stairs. Master bedroom offers a King bed, TV, attached full bath and sliding door to patio. 2nd Guest Room offers another King bed and TV. The 3rd Guest Room offers 2 sets of twin bunk beds (sleeps 4) and TV. The living area also offers another large TV which opens to the patio, dining room and fully stocked kitchen. Outside you will find a few tables and chairs to relax, along with an electric BBQ in case you do not want to walk the 1 minute to the pool area BBQ's.
The community center with all of the amenities is less than a 1 minute walk from the front door. There you will have access to a heated pool & spa, fitness room, locker rooms, steam room, sauna, library, business center, common area living room with television and full kitchen, BBQ area and fire-pit! What more could you ask for? The condo is a close walk to 2 grocery stores (AJ's & Safeway), Starbucks, many restaurants and more... Easy access to Loop 101 Highway, West-World, Kierland Commons, Scottsdale Quarter, TPC Scottsdale & McDowell Mountain Golf; as well as great hiking trails!

The vacation rental was nothing like we saw in the picture but it was nice nevertheless. The first night we stayed there several of us were getting bit. Since my husband and I had attended two baseball games on Thursday and one Friday we assume we were getting bit by mosquitoes at the baseball field. On Saturday when I woke up my whole arm was bitten I counted I had 32 bites on my arm, 10 on my leg and four on my foot. My husband had over 15 bites in my 80-year-old mom and a whole nother bedroom had seven bites. My brother-in-law had 17 fights. That day we inspected the rental and found a bed bug in two of the beds one in the main bedroom and another one in the smaller bedroom. We also saw an infestation of very tiny black ants as well as gnats in the bathroom. I documented all of this on my phone and prepared to make a thorough statement to management. I called the owner of The Villa on Saturday explain that to him and he said he would be out to spray he did not show up until the next day and for some reason he sprayed outside which was odd to us because all of the infestation was inside. I tolhe told us that since it was a Sunday all he could do was get an exterminator out as soon as possible which ended up being Monday and he would give us one day free and we had to leave the next day. I explained to him that my husband had a double header the next day and we really needed our rest it was very late that night when he called us back and we could not get another rental to accommodate us. So me and my mother slept in my rental van my husband and my brother-in-law farted out in the house and sprayed off insect spray on themselves. When I finally spoke back with the owner of the Villa Wes is his name, he explained to me that that Villa had not been occupied for 6 months and had the alligator goal to say we bought the bugs there. So now I only was I insulted I got no monetary compensation I am all bitten up as well as my family but he refused to take any responsibility

I am flabbergasted and brought to laughter reading this review. We will not be taken advantage of! These guests booked the property from 10/27-10/31. After 3 nights staying with us they called and said they needed to extend their stay by another 3 nights. We quoted them the 3 night rate. After that they called our property manager and stated there were bed bugs in the property and that they wanted the 3 additional nights comped. We immediately went to the property to investigate. One lady was laying in the bed taking a nap. It looked like they sprinkled pepper on the comforter of the bed, but it was nowhere else. We were not going to be taken advantage of so we gave them 1 FREE night as a courtesy so they could find a new property. Why would the guests want to stay if there were bed bugs??? There WAS NOT! We have confirmed that. In fact the guests prior were in 10/19-10/24 with no issues. The property was NOT vacant. It is a popular vacation rental that rents consistently and is professionally cleaned consistently. The guests after their stay 11/3-11/8 also had no issues, and neither did the guests we checked in yesterday. I hope future guests will read this response as these past guests were simply trying to get some free nights out of us. In fact, we DID give them a free night as a courtesy...
