Was disappointed in the quality of the furniture, ESPECIALLY the beds, towels, bathroom. All the items are run down and badly need to be replaced. There were almost no amenities in the kitchen - just one small pan. Not even salt and pepper so we had to buy everything. Knives were so dull we used plastic ones with just as much success. Fridge was wobbly, doors were all squeaky, TV was fuzzy. Give that place a makeover soon!
On the positive side we were directly across the street from the sports complex where our soccer tourney was and there were lots of restaurants nearby. Pool was fine although no service there at all so you need to buy everything and bring your own. Customers service was great, just not a great property.

Had a great experience overall. Condo was clean and up-to-date. Only downside was that it was on the 3rd floor so lots of steps! Kitchen could have used more pots and pans - although not such a big deal with so may great restaurants nearby. Pool was fabulous! Would definitely stay there again.

Everything. Was great. The only issue was kitchen utensils. I would recommend adding the following to the kitchen: cookie sheet, griddle pan, large frying pan, large mixing bowl, and a cupcake tin. Cooking became challenging because of the lack of supplies.

This location was ideally suited to our requirements. The facility was very nice, the office staff was friendly and helpful. They explained everything and assisted us in finding places to visit and good restaurants for dining. The accommodations were spacious and well equipped with all the necessities. The dishes and glasses were spotless. Everything met our needs perfectly. We were unable to take advantage of the many amenities the resort offered due to visiting other areas in vicinity.

Very nice property with nice amenities

Very nice property. Good size bedrooms, bathrooms, and living area. Kitchen had everything we needed. Balcony is nice as well. Only 2 complaints. Very close proximity to Scottsdale airport and the airplane noise is definitely noticeable. Also, something about the plumbing pipes but we heard rattles and vibrations every few moments behind the walls (whenever someone turned on a faucet, flushed a toilet, etc.). Not a huge deal but definitely noticeable.
Close proximity to the highway and several restaurants/supermarkets. Large pool was nice. Kiddie sprinkler/spray area was cute too. Hot tub was nice although one day it was not heated and another day, half the jets were not working. Plenty of lounge chairs/cabanas. Nice little playground for my kids as well. Overall, nice place.
