This home with a gourmet kitchen is perfect for a family or two couples who want separate living areas. The master bedroom suite with a king size bed is separated from the other bedrooms to provide privacy. There are two queen size beds and a double bed in the three bedrooms at the other end of the home plus a small twin sized day bed in the Rec Room. The backyard has a wooden fort play area to keep the kids happy while you check your email on the free internet service.

Lovely home with fabulous views!
We rented this grand home for just over a week to attend a family wedding. The house is exactly as described, expansive, well equipped, very clean and nicely decorated. The view from the kitchen window is stunning. Our family made frequent and daily use of the pool and hot tub. The house accommodated a post wedding family BBQ very nicely. Booking the house went very smoothly, Evelyn and Marc are very responsive. On arrival, Marc came by and explained the intricacies of the house to us, he was very pleasant and not in the least intrusive. The air-conditioning was a perfect temperature and we never heard the neighbors. The views of the mountains are breath taking, the landscaping nicely cared for. There is a very pleasant sitting area out front where we had our morning coffee or afternoon tea. The kitchen has everything you could possible want. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were very sad to leave. As mentioned by another reviewer, this house is truly a dream house which we hope we can return to next year. It's a perfect spot for a family vacation. Simply bring your bathing suit and enjoy!

Perfect Stay
I rented this property for a week to have family gathering and celebrate my daughter's graduation from University of Arizona. It was perfect. Rather than wasting a lot of time trying to coordinate meeting places for our group, we were able to swim, BBQ and spend time together. It was so fun to be able to spend "play time" with family that we don't get to see very often. The house is very comfortable, clean, and well stocked with all the essentials. The owner met us when we checked in to show us how to work all the appliances and gadgetry. Marc was very helpful, friendly. Even offered to make a special trip for us to clean the pool after a large wind storm had blown lots of leaves into it. Normally the pool service would have taken care of it, but Marc knew we were having our big event the next day. Totally unobtrusive, he came in the early am before anybody was even out of bed. We wouldn't have known he was there except that the pool was crystal clear and skimmed of all leaves. What else can I say? Air-conditioning was cold; neighbors very quiet; unbelievable views from the back porch; pretty landscaping; huge kitchen fully stocked; great layout for large families; truly a dream house. We were very sad to leave and certainly hope to come back. This was a pretty busy week for us because of graduation, but this house would also be a great place to have a "staycation," to catch up on sleep, peace and quiet. All you would need to bring is a bathing suit and a good book. Perfect!!

Wonderful peaceful and spacious home
My sister and I stayed in this home from April 21 until May 9 2013. It is a very spacious and comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood. The beds were comfortable, the air conditioner worked well, the pool was great and the view spectacular. The back of the house faces east, for lovely early morning sun and nice shade on the porch once the sun is high. The front faces west, for spectacular sunsets over the mountains. The kitchen was well equipped and a pleasure to cook in and we enjoyed many meals on the shady deck enjoying the view.
This home would be great for two couples or a family since the master bedroom is on one side of the home and the other three bedrooms and two other bathrooms are on the other side, giving a lot of privacy between the two spaces. And for families with smaller children there is a great play area setup to one side of the pool. The owners are friendly, very accommodating and easy to deal with and I would recommend this rental to anyone who asked.

Great house; gorgeous back yard with pool
Very nice house, huge master bedroom and bath, plus 3 bedrooms, 2 baths on other side of house from master; very nice and private back yard, large patio, pool and small hot tub; large kitchen (with nearly too many cabinets) open to living room; everything was clean and in good working order; well stocked; definitely recommend this rental; easy and friendly transaction. Would return again when in Tucson.

So happy we found this home
Large nicely maintained and well equipped home - everything you need. Quiet and private location with great views on both sides, nice pool and play area. Owner very helpful and friendly. We would definitely go back to this property. Good restaurants and market a couple of miles away. So relaxing, you will probably want to stay home most of the time and BBQ and enjoy the patio and pool. Everyone in the family had a great time.

A fabulous house in a spe...
A fabulous house in a spectacular setting, with uninterrupted panoramic views. The home is huge and very well cared for. It is stocked with everything that you could possibly want. The owners are very attentive and thoughtful and only ever a phone call away to answer any queries. The pool, garden and terrace areas are all just perfect, with always a welcoming shady area somewhere. A private, quiet, very safe and exclusive neighbourhood, but still close to all that Tucson has to offer.We stayed for 2 weeks in Jun/July 09, went out everyday, and still needed longer. Thank you so much for the use of your beautiful home.
