Wonderful Home for a Scottsdale Relaxing Vacation!
From our first day to our last, everything was wonderful in the house. It is just as shown on and the welcome book has all the details necessary to make your stay exceptional. Everything was clean and tidy and well appointed. The weather was perfect so we utilized the back patio daily and enjoyed a few BBQs. The neighborhood has just the right amount of activity and is very safe.
Within a day I was driving myself to Fashion Square and The Fifth Ave Shoppes and all the restaurants in the area. There is a grocery store and a drug store within walking distance from the house. I found hair stylists and a wonderful spa easy to locate from here too. I found it hard to leave!

Perfect Vacation
We walked in the house and it was immaculate and decorated to where I felt at home. The accommodations were what we needed for our stay. The location is centrally located in Scottsdale and the neighborhood is very nice and quiet. We can't wait to come back for spring training.

Relaxing Stay close to entertainment
We had a great stay at this property. It was clean comfortable and close to entertainment and shopping. The pool was perfect temp. The house is also really close to Talking Stick Casino and worked out really well for us. We will defiantly here again in the future.

Great House, Great Neighborhood
I stayed at this house with friends in January. It has a great style and lots of space. Its so close to all the nightlife in old town, tons of restaurants, the Talking Stick Resort / Casino, and has great access for biking the canal and the greenbelt. Very clean house. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with everything I could have wanted. I would definitely stay here again.

We were a family that enjoyed our stay in this home near many of great locations we were visiting while in the area. We liked the fact that the home was in a nice neighborhood. The home is clean & professionally maintained & supplied with pots & pans, toaster, blender & whatever we needed to feel like we could cook what we wanted. The backyard was welcoming & a fun place to hang out and enjoy the AZ weather next to the pool. The BBQ was clean with a back up propane tank.
The location was great! Short distance to Fashion Square & a easy access to the 101 freeway, only about 15 minutes to Sky Harbor airport. We felt at home in our stay here! Very Nice!

Great Space, Responsive Local Owners
This is somewhat repetitive of other reviewers. The tri-level floor plan worked very well for us. The owners are local and were very responsive to our additional needs. The location is in a modest well-maintained neighborhood, with fantastic Christmas decorations, very convenient to Old Town, and just minutes from a terrific multiuse recreational path (which goes all the way south to Tempe and north to North Scottsdale, and which we used for cycling and running). And we were able to keep the six bikes we rented in the garage.

Clean clean clean! Nice remodeled house!
Such a great house with great decor and awesome location! Love how we were 5 minutes from Old Town and down the street to Silverado Golf course. The neighborhood seemed very safe. The 4 bedrooms all had very comfortable beds and I really liked the tri-level floor plan. Owners were great and very helpful. I would definitely recommend and plan to stay here again.

· Home is clean and professionally maintained- Fun contemporary furnishings, modern and new feeling
· Kitchen is well supplied with pots pans serving pieces toaster blender etc- there is even a wine fridge in the dining room!
· Back yard is pretty, the BBQ grill is clean and easy to use with all the tools there and even a backup propane tank. Comfy patio furniture so you could eat dinner outside and enjoy the AZ weather
· Close to Fashion Square, easy access to the 101 freeway, probably about 15 minutes to Sky Harbor airport. Close to Old Town Scottsdale for nightlife!

AWESOME place and service!
This house hosted myself and four others for 16 day stay for a university related function. Melissa was on point with providing information leading up to the arrival date and made sure that we were well versed on how to get in to the house. The house was clean and well-maintained when we arrived - there were even complimentary water and small snacks when we arrived! The customer service we received from Melissa was exemplary. We had two very minor issues that were handled instantly with no disruption to our stay. The house was gorgeous and the pool was welcoming at the end of a hot day! Would highly recommend this house to any that are looking at it!
